Bodan provides a full building warrant service from initial survey and drawings to liaising with Building Control and completion sign off and certification. All the project requirements are brought together through our project manager to ensure all your needs are met, co-ordinated and processed as efficiently as possible.

Architectural drawings and pre warrant application details can be provided on a stand alone basis to enable a more accurate estimate or budget cost to be made to determine if a project budget is acceptable prior to undertaking the full cost of warrant application

Where required Bodan can provide engineers specifications as part of the warrant requirements. Our project manager will integrate these details into the overall project

No matter the size of the job required Bodan will manage all aspects of the work to make sure any personal requests are met and the work is carried out as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

You will be provided with a works schedule that is regularly updated as the project unfolds so you always know who is in your home and how the work is progressing towards the proposed completion deadline.

Bodan carries out property renovation projects of all sizes.

We have experience in working on listed buildings and in conservation areas where a sensitive and flexible approach is required to meet building regulations and client needs

If you are contemplating anykind of refurbishment work Bodan will come to your home to discuss your outline proposals and prepare several option outlines together with ‘budget costs’ to help you explore the possibilities and costs before committing to expenditure and detailed estimates

At our workshops in Albion Road we design and manufacture all kinds of bespoke site joinery.

From doors, sash and case windows and storage solutions to staircases. Where possible all our site joinery is made up in the workshop to aid finish quality and keep site work to a minimum.

Bodan is fully experienced in carrying out insurance work following fire and flood damage to all kinds of property.

We provide the same attention to detail and level of management that we bring to our refurbishment work plus the experience to help negotiate with the often diverse and complicated insurance industry on your behalf.

All Bodan estimates are speculative, free and detailed. Each and every item of work required is listed and priced individually to help you fully understand the project requirements.

This specification ‘shopping list’ can be then be edited to balance your budget requirements with your project expectations.

At our workshops in Albion Road we design and make all kinds of furniture, fitted and free-standing. From bespoke shelving and storage solutions, tables and chairs to fully fitted kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms.

If this work is part of a wider refurbishment project our project manager will co-ordinate all workshop and site work to deliver an integrated result.

SERVICES

Alongside our traditional tradesman’s service we also provide the full range of associated building services listed opposite. Each service can be used independently or in combination to provide seamless and ‘joined up’ management of all the components required to successfully complete a project on time and on budget.

At our Albion Road workshops we also design and make bespoke furniture and kitchens. If you require fitted furniture they can be integrated into the project schedule making sure all the disparate elements of the project come together perfectly.
